Processing time

The time we need to process your order varies. For more information, see the item descriptions.

Between 3-5 working days after sending the order 

For returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact the Lilac team within: 10 days of delivery

Return items within: 14 days of delivery

Cancellation can be requested within: 24 hours of purchase

Returns and exchanges

Atelier Lilac does what is necessary to satisfy the customer, but if, anyway, the items do not suit him, the client has the possibility, in accordance with the legislation, to return the items ordered within 14 calendar days (Sunday and public holidays included) to upon receipt, in their original condition and packaging. The jewelry must not have been worn.

For reasons of hygiene, the earrings are neither taken back nor exchanged.

Please note, no item will be refunded or exchanged after this period. The customer must take into account that this also applies in the case where the fitting took place several weeks after the shipment of his order.

Items whose marriage is included during the withdrawal period cannot be refunded.

 

Atelier Lilac will reimburse within 30 days. However, the shipping costs as well as the reimbursement commission invoiced by the platform (5%) will not be reimbursed and will remain the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, we will not be able to reimburse the order and the buyer will have to file a claim directly with his carrier.

Any return must be reported to Atelier Lilac in advance by email.
The customer will provide Atelier Lilac with proof of the reshipment of his order (Colissimo number, tracking number, etc.)

Warning! special or tailor-made personalizations and creations cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances. (ex: jewelry or outfits created to the customer's measurements and in the color chosen by her, tailor-made achievements, achievements on sketches, change of color etc ...)
